You can cancel free of charge up to 31 days before arrival. 30 to 8 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 30%, within the last 7 days before arrival 70% and on the day of arrival 90% of the booking value.

You can postpone your vacation free of charge up to 31 days before arrival. The deposit will be credited to your next vacation.
 

Money-back guarantee

In the event of a border/ hotel closure or a lockdown, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice.
 

Insurance

If you cannot take your well-deserved vacation because you are sick yourself, have tested positive for Covid or have to be quarantined because of a relative in the same household?
